05 - Reflected Treesby ErikVComment: About the only think I can say about this one is: I wish I was there!
Absolutely fabulous capture. The action of the ducks slicing through the golden water leaving the silver wakes is priceless. |

Nov-02-IMG_0425.jpgby JerseyGenieComment: Serene and beautiful.
Now, because I feel like nit picking this morning, I'm going to suggest removing those little gray/white specks in the foreground water and also that power line above the falls. They are minor distractions from a very lovely image.
And yes, skip lunch often and get some more shots of this beautiful area. |

last duckby Prime_TimeComment: Hey! What's the matter with ducks! This is another nice image and that coot looks as if it's enjoying life. Obviously, the water is the main point, and what a main point it is. Reflections are just gorgeous in living color, and that coot adds the exclamation point. Good seeing. |

lighthouse.jpgby LuguerComment: LOL, woof, woof. Fun to include the dog in the composition and excellent to get those colors, both foreground and background to zing. If it was mine, (and I wish it was) I might crop just a tad off the sky ... |

Irrigation Canalby cogeroxComment: Hey, Roger! You brought out the colors in this one beautifully and it's a pleasure to look at. But you know, the best part (to me) is the way you stop the composition and keep the viewer in the picture with that fence/gate in the immediate foreground. Good seeing to include that bit. |

Drops on Roseby pjangelComment: Good definition on the water and good lighting. I keep looking at this very nice image and wondering if a different crop would set it off even better. When I moved it on my monitor to screen off half of the flower it seemed to concentrate the action better. Hard to say, though. Nice the way it is, of course. |

(Now try to find a challenge in which to use this lovely technique - it's a winner) |
