Frilly Glads.jpgby drydocComment: Hmmmm, why do I think your glads look like Tiger Lilies? (joking)
Well executed. Love the translucent tone to the petals. Hard to do. How?
Delightful modeling and composition. |

Day 6 b.jpgby salmiakkiComment: Yep. Been there, done that.
What breaks me up is the passerby who says "what ya doin"?" and breaks my concentration.
glad you stopped for this one. Good capture and shows just how a bee lives!
Technically, the action on the bee is just terrific. |

Sentinelsby MaryOComment: ...there's a story there. Sorry your kid doesn't have driving privileges for a while. You are a patient mom.
back to the point at hand: Hey, those alien 'worms' are cute and fun. If it was mine, I might crop down to the top of the sharp guys and the left side to the leaf. The slightly OOF leaves cradle them, and give a base of operations.
Move it around on your monitor. See what you think. |

Day 6by aliquiComment: Oh, yes. The red points and the bee leg. WOW.
the pink bits could go away and it would still be terrific.
Call it an abstract. People would see the fabulous
photography that captured that tack-sharp combination. |

Rose Compositionby inamoComment: Each of your images are exceptionally lovely.
I do find the 'canvas' a little overpowering for such perfect blossoms. Maybe a little less of the paper effect would give those roses a chance to shine. I think you can do it with the sliders. |
