You will probably get dinged by some for the border, but I think it takes something quite ordinary and suggests the art in it. Normally I don't care for a border or find it superfluous . . . I think this one adds a bit.

I like the set-up, colors, comp a lot. Looks like an art filter, at least on the pavement and drops hitting there - pretty sure I would have preferred it without.
