at least it's a Nikon!!

the colors are nice in the cloth, but i'd personally bring them out more, they seem muted and flat - it could be a by-product of the lighting or the processing... the top half definitely seems richer in color than the bottom.
Also, while mostly flat, tring to get any noticable creases out of the fabric would help the overall impression of it as a background and help your score more.

love the clouds in this, it's what makes the image.
in the words of The Dude - it "really brings the (image) together, man!"

the excess white space detracts from this image, in my opinion.
you could easily lose 60% of the bottom white space and still convey your 'on-the-floor'-ness
when defocusing on the screen and simply staring at the dog, the negative space fades and the remaining image (top 1/3 of the overall image) is all that remains visible. i find that remainder to be a far superior image to the entry with the extra bottom.

this looks like one of those 'what do you see in this' images. at first i thought it was a screaming face, then the bloody thing turned into a white dog (Snoopy, or Brian the dog from family guy).
made me smile

*joking sarcasm* apparently you forgot that you don't need to prefix 'anything' with 'a' (or more gramatically correct would have been 'an' since anything starts with a vowel) ;P */sarcasm*

I like this image. this elephant looks like he's seen it all and nothing we do can surprise him.
