I'm not a fan of this much editing to the sky but it's probably the best version I've seen. It's like 3D with out the glasses.

If I had to guess the photographer, I would have to say Bear_Music. The style reminds me of Bear and the place reminds me of Bear.

I'll be surprised if this in not a Bear_Music entry. I like the way the foreground came out, though the sky is a little heavy handed for my own preferences. I know it's exactly as you wanted it, however.
