yes its a steampunk challenge but the dull copper colour cast does nothing to make this a wow picture, what relevance the ghostly figures have is beyond me that don't add anything to the image and this image does scream steam punk, maybe middle pirate girl.

her pose is somewhat "what you looking at" body language isn't great and the location is random like she was walking down the street doing some shopping and you took a quick snap shot

the lighting doesn't match the scene, you,ve got hair light which contrast with the light in the background image

it appears you've cranked the contrast and lost all detail in her dress/basque its just black even on my calibrated 27" iMac

whats the weird thing bottom left corner?

give her some steam punk glasses and loose the random background and you might have bumped up a score or two

seems a top hat would have helped as well
