This certainly meets the challenge, and the exposure and lighting are great. But a match balanced on a razor blade just doesn't move me as a photograph.

This sign has some interesting texture, but the hot spot at the top and the too-dark bottom tends to make the picture kind f bland.

Nice compositional details - the boat, the bird flying overhead. The rock, which both seems to be in the act of falling and is so different in color and texture from the other rocks in the picture, is a distraction.

Comment:
One of the things that can make or break a sunset is the foreground. You've captured an interesting line of buildings in silhouette and great reflections. The only disturbing thing is the dead-center horizon, which leaves too much black at the bottom. Possibly cropping away some of the right-hand portion would improve the composition.

cigarettes

I like the visual pun, but as a photograph this is too messy and not well lighted. The focus should be on the cigarettes. I would guess that some thought went into placement of the objects, but what comes across is a casual snapshot.

The color of the gas flame is great, and the transparency comes through in this photo. The thermometer adds a nice touch. This shot shows that sometimes breaking the rules (don't center the subject) makes a better composition.
