This certainly meets the challenge, and the exposure and lighting are great. But a match balanced on a razor blade just doesn't move me as a photograph.

Don't know if anyone is going to match this one!! Sorry, bad pun. Interesting picture. I think I would have liked it better if the subject was not centered and there was a little more focus on the razor blade. Also, I think the overall effect would have stood out better with a different colored backround.

There seems to be a small line of white around the bottom of the red matchstick head. Very interesting idea. Was the balance act real or magic?

Wonderful! Exactly the same idea that I have, but not shoted. I like the scene, but the match end is out of focus, by the shallow DOF of macro. A little less zoom can compensate it.

The challenge was about being on the edge of a boundry, not on the edge of an object.
