The Eyes of Blindnessby Everyday ReneeComment: What a wonderful shot! A 10! The color, the crop, the setting, all perfect! Sadly, other's will probably vote you down because it's not a person but to me they are like our children and deserve the same respect as our children. Good job! |

sonny portraitby jbruno1397Comment: This was my idea! LOL! A lovely shot of a lovely child but the noise in this shot is very distracting, almost over softened. A 6 |

Frans readingby nicoledbComment: A nice shot but I think it would look better in black and white and would like to see more of the face, even though he's reading. A 6 |

-LAURA-by AnastasiaComment: Different angle on a unique looking model, I like the hair in the face though normally I'm constantly brushing it out of my daughter's eyes, LOL! A 7 |

Never Stopby JPRComment: Nice idea but the blurriness on the glove/hand is very distracting. I like the idea though, points for creativity. A 7 |

Model in daffodilsby KevinRiggsComment: Has a feeling we would see her in this challenge. Very nice, good colors, like the way her hands are set but not sure I like the hair getting cut off on the left and the bottom right. The crop works but it's off just a tad. An 8 |

Faux Pasby thebone123Comment: Greetings from the Critique Club!
A lovely shot overall, the cropping is very well done and the composition is also well done.
It took me a moment to realize what the error in the shot was, the forks instead of spoons. As for meeting the challenge, it's a long shot for me. I don't see a real conflict per say, just an error in place settings, I guess that would be a conflict of manners? Hence the title.
The shot seems a bit grainy and under exposed to me. The sharpness is also wanting a bit. A bit more contrast and lighting would really help this shot. The tablecloth goes well with the overall shot and is not distracting despite the lovely pattern.
Good Luck In Future Challenges!
