My comment style is to point out hits and misses:

Hits: I really like the way you've combined the reflection and the monument. The black granite works really well here in showing the tones of the reflected images as well.

Misses: The top of the reflection is almost dead center in the photo. I don't think the blank top area is as critical, and you can crop down a bit on it, say so the heads are on the thirds mark!

Overall, you did a great job capturing this and the reflections. Nice work!
