Love the motion blur/impressionistic effect! I think a crop here would be even better--crop into the left center portion (getting rid of the blue legs on the right and some of the unused top to make it less "narrow" looking. Nice work!

I don't know why such scenes of poverty seem to make the best photographs, but tihs is no exception. I would suggest cropping in on the bottom half to eliminate the featureless and blown out sky. The lower half exposure is spot on as is sharpness. Colors work great and it's an emotional scene. Nice work! 8 - would be 10 if not for the top!

Interesting subject. I think focusing in on the woman would have been the best composition. Something is going on though with your camera or processing--it's too pixelated. Could it be an extreme crop, or perhaps too much jpeg compression. Post in the forums if you need help after the challenge.

The wide angle distortion and bit of motion blur, together with the patterned street makes this a dynamic scene.

Nice capture of the lights, with a good star effect. Why not move closer though (or crop)--I don't think the parked cars add to the beauty or life of this city scene.

Nice juxtaposition. I'd like to have seen more of the police car though--it seems a bit extreme in crop.
