Beautiful, serene. Captures 'silence" very well. I find the lines of plants (?) in the snow a bit distracting, but what are you gonna do? Sunlight behind the tree is terrific. Top ten finisher IMHO

Stunning, except that it runs downhill at the top (right to left). I can't decide if I like that odd line on the left hand side, either. You probably had no control over that. Otherwise, beautiful. Hope you take a ribbon!

Lovely tree, if it could only talk! The image is slightly desaturated for my taste. It doesn't exactly convey silence to me (that's not what comes to mind, if I didn't know it was this challenge my first thoughts would hav been strength, or age, or steadfastness, etc.). On my monitor the background shadows are really dark.
