Thanks to all who commented. I took this from a fishing pier. I was fascinated by this little cutie, watched her for about 15 minutes. She was so obviously happy, and content to be by herself, that it gave me joy just to see her frolic. I think many of the commenters got the same feeling and that makes me think my photo did a good job of communicating the ocasion.
