Together, hand in hand.by Ja-9Comment: Terrific! The tiny hand so completely surrounded by the giant's... the almost perfectly symmetrical mirroring of the position of each subject's leg... effective conversion to B&W. Nicely done on so many levels. |

Paperbackby MelethiaComment: Late sun. Subject tucked tight into the corner. Reading, but just started. Two cups. Waiting? Lingering? Love it. |

no greater giftby jmritzComment: Wondering why I like this so much... Not that it matters, I'd just like to be better at discerning the reason for the impact of a shot like this. Love it! |

feelby banmornComment: Nicely seen. Ambiguous expressions on the poster man and the subject support the text. No title necessary. Nice work! |

Winning is all! Really?by docpjvComment: What's the hurry? Great POV with strong foreground elements supporting the upper quarter of the frame. Nice! |

Every Story Teller Needs a Listenerby jomariComment: Fascinated by the hand gesture. Is she about to point, or quantifying a measurement? Is this a mother and daughter?
Wonderful moment and a well defined color palette all add to the sense of story. |

Serious Businessby tvsometimeComment: There's almost a left to right progression of faces from smiling to neutral to frowning. Somehow I don't want to be the guy in the middle. |

A Day with Daddyby vawendyComment: Lovely sentiment. The boy's posture implies confidence and pride to be with dad. The DOF choice works well for me too in setting a mood. I'm ambivalent about the upper right sharp foliage. One minute it seems distracting, the next it's providing an interesting focal context. Nice work - a top pick for me. |
