Beautiful bed wrangled hair this child has, and a poignant pose at that..and what an extraordinary compilation of photos the 'world is young series' exhibits. This photo is a near good enough representation of Wayne Miller's work. I would've gone black-and-white though. In my top two.

I'm not sure if it's just the processing I like on this image, or the image itself. I think it's the former. In fact I know for sure it is the former. I've looked up Trent Parke's work and it's astonishing it's brilliant it absorbs the mind, he's probably one of the better photographers on Magnum to be sure and to emulate him is a rather difficult task, I don't think you have achieved that brilliance, in my humble opinion. Still nevertheless a good try.

This is really gorgeous but there's a little bit too many distractions IMHO, I would've cropped in a little closer focusing on the people on the bridge little bit more.
