Wasting Awayby impressionsrheaComment: Nice textures and nice details in the focus area.
One thing is strange, when I first looked at this, my eyes went to the back of the boat. It wasn't until a fwe seconds later when I found the focused front of the boat. I'm thinking this is due to the back being so bright compared to the front. |

Od weathered fenceby thorb59Comment: I like the colors here. I do feel like the photo has two competing subjects. The rocks falling out of the barrel could have made a good photo on its own, as could have the fence. But with both, that competition is makign it a little bit busy for me. |

Old Man Standingby MarstonComment: I like the thought of using HDR here, but the shadows its leaving (looks like there was a good amount of wind) are taking away from the image. This may have been a good opportunity to try the one photo "fake" HDR technique. |
