Interesting how you have the soft dreamy like feeling. Is you lens fogged? I do think it works nicely as an dded touch (even if unintentional).

Quite the character. One thing this photo needs is less highlights in the face. It's very distracting and takes away from the textures of the skin. For a minimal challenge, I would suggest bracketing your exposures so you can pick the one that looks best.
