Effective one, I like this very much. The composition and colours work well together. Maybe the m&ms candies are a little bit out of focus for my personal taste, or lighting is a bit harsch on them. Which one did you choose at last? :-)

I like the shot very much, only the horizontal line (probably the edge of the wall or paper) distracts me, maybe skin tone could have been adjusted a bit, and personally I would prefer if the border would be equal wide everywhere. All together lovely composition and idea!

Wonderful idea, composition and DOF, I like the face in the corner very much, and I also like that you partly show it: only the mouth and the nose. The reflection adds a nice visual element to the shot. But why didn't you use noise reduction? I would simply love the shot without the noise, which is this way quite distracting to me. I guess you couldn't help the white circle under the models hand, my camera also makes such things sometimes.

Well, I couldn't vote, because I am not a member. Unique idea and I love it, especially the colours of the CD. :-) I know it's hard to take a good photo of CDs, I have tried it and I didn't have much success. Honestly I would have voted a 9, I think, because of the skin tone. But that's all. Indeed a great submission, congrats! I had a look at the scores around you, you would have deserved a better place. Maybe the subjective side of voting, because technically really very good - with the eyes of a beginner.
