Nice. Great primary color contrast. Nice misty-water long exposure and nice lines. Could be sharper. Or less sharp. To me it's in that middle, not sure which way to go, I should have had a tripod stage. No offense! It's a great photo, but the noise to me indicates you had to use a high ISO, so no tripod. Though the water blur is too blurry to not have stabilized it somehow, as it's not really that unsharp. I'm confused. It's a great perspective and the colors are really nice, but these might be some reasons as to why it's not getting a 7. Not voting, just commenting.

Perfect idea for a square crop. Symmetry is what I think of, and what would do that better than a fisheye? You've crammed an entire scene into a square. And there's a great human element as well. Wonderful eye, excellent idea, and very well done.
