Water, tea, and phonesby jnenvirComment: In my investigation of street macro, I found two ways to shoot the genre. One was an extreme close up of a street related object. Another was to place a subject close up in the frame and fill the background with that typical street view. I think you have attempted the second method here. You used the tea and water glasses as your close up but the focus is really on the ladies in the background. You did great with the gritty and edgy processing here though and captured a fine street scene. |

Street Mackerelby CuttoothComment: In my investigation of street macro I found that there were two appropriate ways to shoot this genre. This is a great example of one of the ways. Focusing on a close up abject in the foreground of a street scene. Great execution. Gritty and edgy processing adds to the street vibe here! |

Salmon flyby svavaComment: The color tones range from dark blue in the first image to purple-ish in the last. I would like to see the images be uniform throughout. |

How to Tie a Shoe for Dummiesby jmritzComment: A couple of the photo's are not uniformly processed. The first and third are a little brighter and the contrast is not quite uniform throughout. It could be due to the fact the person tying the shoe blocked your main source of light. You have the directional fill light from the left but the real diffuse ambient light is coming from behind and the person's body blocked it. |

How To: Eat a Wormby LydiaComment: Great detail... makes me queasy, but great! Nice and sharp throughout. Great action. I could give or take the plane of focus. I would prefer more in focus but that is opinion. It is good as is too. |
