This is an example where the title helps, IMO. I found the picture interesting, but not overly so. But the title gets you to look at it more deeply.

I'm having a hard time with this, because I've voted other photos with the main subject in focus as not abstract. I really like this, though. But, I've been using the definition: "Of, relating to, or being a style of art in which natural objects are not represented realistically." Sorry, I can't go higher than a 6 if I think that it does not meet the challenge. I hope a 6 doesn't hurt your score, because I do like the picture!

Interesting idea, but it looks like there's a lot of reflection off the glass. (I could be wrong...) But the colors in the lower right are so much more interesting than all the white/filmy stuff on the left from the reflections. I washes things out and isn't as pleasing as it could have been.

I'm torn on this one. It's very interesting, and very well done. But unless I'm completely off, it is smoke trails. I've been using the definition: "Of, relating to, or being a style of art in which natural objects are not represented realistically." and other than the colors, it still looks like smoke trails. Since I can't rate it high if I think it DNMC, and since I won't mark it low in case I'm wrong, I'm going to pass on voting. It is very nice!
