I love the tongue motion. In my opinion, though, this is not an abstract picture.

Great shot, you did get the motion right on. It isn't abstract, sorry.

what a bizarre looking snake!

Off topic.

Nice job showing motion, not sure if it's abstract. Perhaps a tighter crop on the tongue would help.

Nice shot of a snakes head.

I've been using the definition: "Of, relating to, or being a style of art in which natural objects are not represented realistically." With this in mind, it really doesn't fit abstract, IMO.

Great tougue action

Great capture. I like the way the tongue is highlighted on the edge.

Abstract is: art in which the subject is represented by shapes and patterns rather than by a realistic likeness.

There's no abstract to be found in this photo. Beautiful snake though.

abstract?

Amazing colouring, but I think the minimal movement is overwhelmed by the bright colours. Not very abstract.

Great composition; the juxtaposition of the fine detail on the stones in the foreground with the moving tongue is wonderful.

I'm sorry, but I don't think this is abstract. The subject is quite obvious.
