I love the shot, but the processing is very uncomfortable to look at. The shot would have been an 8, but the processing makes it a 6 -- sorry! I do love your color palette choice, however!

The face is beautiful, but something about the angle and the arrangement of the arms makes them look heavy and a little odd. Especially her left arm (lower right of photo). Plus one hand showing and the other disappearing, something about this is awkward, imo. Beautiful girl, though!
