Bench with a Viewby sjgleahComment: I have a photo (of a completely different place) which is eerily similar in framing and shape outlines to this...I want to run the "FIND EDGES" filter in Photoshop and superimpose the two. |

Ruinsby DezComment: With those nice clouds I'd try and adjust the sky a little darker to give them even more definition. I don't think you need quite so much foreground -- cropping to 640x427 would eliminate some grass and lower the horizon below the midpoint. Also looks pretty good in grayscale. |

Feeling the Soul of Jazzby TomNTexasComment: I like the composition and control of DOF. Whether or not I prefer this in grayscale depends on the original color of that electric fiddle. |

passing thoughtsby heartsdivideComment: Don't know if it needs so much "blank" area to the left; I might have tried a vertical crop instead. Diagonal lines don't reproduce well, especially when resampled to low resolution and after JPEG compression. |

Early Riserby lmhrComment: I'm curious -- with the moon it that phase and position it seems as though it should be late morning or early afternoon... |

Dock at Twilightby bdshortComment: Nice job maintaining some texture and detail in the clouds and mountains under low light. Looks like there could have been a great sunset too. |

Le Bay de Portofinoby Photo JimComment: I'd have cropped this to 640x427 taking off most of the sky. Or, if editing for print, I'd create a mask for the sky and either colorize it or drop in another sky image. As it is I think having that bright swath draws the eye there and away from the main subject. |

Relaxingby g04tComment: I'd have waited a few minutes for the sun to get down into that tree so you'd have similar lighting but less flare. |
