I don't think the fallen tree adds to meeting the challenge. From the lighting, I think I'd have moved to the right (if possible) and made the two trunks line up more tightly. I shoot a lot of sunsets and trees myself -- keep shooting as many as you can, they are worth every megabyte!

It's hard to tell if you have intentional soft-focus of a little blur from camera-shake. As it shows on my monitor and texture in the sheet is gone just above her shoulder; if it were my shot I'd try to leave the folds showing (if possible) for about another six inches -- assuming I'd been smart enough to think of the shot in the first place...

I like the concept and composition but not the wrinkles. If it's not too hard, try this again with a dark, fuzzy background for a smoother and "spookier" look.
