Nice combination of softness and detail. I'm OK with the brightness of the exposure on the arm, but what looks like some haloing along the shoulder on the right is a teensy bit distracting.

Strong colors, lighting make me think of a concert photo. I think as a "portrait" it would be stronger with a somewhat tighter crop.

Lighting, color, pose are all great. Only tiny change I'd have made would be to clone out the lower catchlight in her right eye to make the pupils symmetrical.

Good time to use a soft-focus technique, and I like the colors. I personally like the negative space, but it would probably be stronger as a "portrait" if cropped from the left to about the center of her arm.

An interesting choice to use the relatively wild-colored plaid with a photo in which large blocks of smooth color predominate. I'm not sure if it was an esthetic choice, meant to convey something about the personality of the subject, or was just the only clean short available :) I'd like to see this with a solid dark blue or brown shirt for comparison. Lighting and focus and stuff look fine to me.
