First off, nice combination of action and cloudscape in tricky lighting.

I don't usually comment on titles, but in this case, where you've (at least as I learned them) transposed these two phrases, and given the nature of the clouds, the correct next phrase would have fit as well.

Excellent contrast between "past and future" elements; I like how the treeline roughly lines up with the tops of the buildings to form a diagonal path through the picture. Faded nature of background works well ... going by the image on my monitor, I'd probably experiment with bringing a little more saturation (increase yellows?) into the trees.
