I named the photo as I did because it really reminded me of the swirling cloud of demons at the end of "Night on Bald Mountain" as depicted in Disney's Fantasia.

Nice angle to show both the figurehead (a rare non-female fidure at that) and the archaic rigging, with a handly leading line front and center. I've known about this ship for a long time, but I don't think I've ever seen any kind of a close-up until now.

Interesting ... the landscape format bothered me for a moment (vs portrait mode for a portrait), but the inclusion of more background does make it fit this particular challenge better. I wonder if perhaps a square crop (removed mostly from the right?) would feel better-balanced ...

I like the lighting, color, focus, expression, catchlights -- I'm not bothered by the small blown-out (on my monitor anyway) spot on the shoulder, but I predict at least a few people will be. Well done.
