Solitude by mpetersComment: Nice tones. I always like these shots with a single bird (or person, or animal). Very nice catch. |

Casting A Glanceby bruskiComment: Looks like a Lensbaby shot which I'm partial to. Good sweet spot on the eyes and face. From the title, I understand the image is of a glance, but I wonder if you had the model looking at you (eye contact with the viewer) would have made this a stronger photo by making a stronger connection with the viewer. Just a thought. |

Through the Looking Glassby cryanComment: Nice sweet spot. I like how you processed this with the "warmer" tone of the main glass and the rest of the image in the blue tones. I like the lines, curves, and darks and lights of the pic. Good eye. |

Awakeningby RKTComment: Cool pool shots. Feels like the viewer has an "altered" state of mind. |

Glimpseby JutildaComment: Like it, feels like I'm (or the person is) being whisked away... |

Surfby MelethiaComment: Very subtle, the slight blur really gives the wave nice feel of motion. |

facetsby krnodilComment: Interesting mix of blur and some focus areas. Different, couldn't figure it out until reading your notes. |

Thanks, I appreciate it.
And thanks again to everyone who left comments. I especially got a chuckle from VitaminB's comment. I admire and get inspired by all the photographers here on DPC who have great vision, creativity, and great PP skills. As as an average photographer who lacks PP skills, this is a great site to learn.
Have a great day. |
