This is, to me anyway, a very engaging photo. There are alot of patterns and textures to look at. The only one small nit pick I might have is the shadow in the lower left, but it really is not that distracting.

How exciting this trip must have been for you. That building is stunning, i bet even more so in real life. I have seen it in documentaries and the thought of it just blows my mind.

I love the clean crispness of this shot, the light pastels of the image are refreshing to the minds palette. I think the composition is pleasing and flows well.

With that being said, DPC voters like bright colors. There is also no WOW factor here. Its a pleasant photo, but not the sort of thing that will win ribbons on DPC. I see this getting a 6.2.

I can not believe that you have no comments after 110 views on this adorable little girl. She looks wise beyond her years. Your focus is spot on and the DOF is perfect. This is the sort of photo that becomes a family heirloom. She will treasure this when she is an adult and has children of her own.
