Good perspective shot. All the chrome with the red is very pretty/striking. Framing - looks good to me! Color - I don't see anything wrong/bad there either. Focus - seems perfect to me. The sun flares in the chrome aren't really bad, but I've never met a flare that I truly liked. Interest - moderate to high, mostly due to the chrome and red. 8 Swash

Well, I guess so! Good perspective shot. Framing is good, oooh, while commenting, I tried a little different crop that I really like better where the top is cropped just below the horizon (flat pic like this, that works really well) I think the buildings are not needed, but seeing the tracks disappear at the edge of the frame seems more exciting to me (more infinate). Focus is very strong. Color - well, the rust looks like rust, so it's good, too. Easy 8 - Swash

Good perspectives shot. I like the slight blur of the third elevator car, adds to the interest, but the focus is really good as the rest of the cars are solid as rocks!! Contrast - pretty good, nice range of dark to white. 8 Swash

Good perspective shot. I like the starring of the two farther lights and wonder why the closer one didn't do it, too. Lighting - a tad dark, but probably best for this subject (is that waldo at the end of the tunnel, standing in the darkness? joke) Color - honestly hard to say, no frame of reference, but it looks pretty good. Focus - also seems pretty good. Interest - moderate, nothing dramatic or really eye catchy, but not totally boring either. 8 Swash

Nice photo! Challenge well met. The inclusion of the moon is a nice touch. Beautiful blue skys (just like you asked for!). Focus seems pretty good, but it seems a tad (really just a tad) off. Color - pretty, but unless I'm grossly mistaken, the red value seems a tad high, the trunk is more red than brown, as do the dead palm leaves. Still, overall a very nice image. 8 Swash

Wow, I just finished commenting on a very similar pic (No, not cliche - great minds think alike!!) Your shot is better as you didn't crop off part of the flag and you were lucky enough to order (and get) a very nice blue sky. The moon is a very nice touch, glad you were able to leave it in. Focus seems very good. (I can see the flag needs replacing - starting to tatter!) Framing is very good. Lighting works well, I can live with the shadow across part of the flag. 9 Swash

Nice high angle shot. Challenge well met. Color - well the flag seems very nice, too bad you can't control the weather (love a blue sky with this one, no score effect) Focus is nicely sharp. Framing - I can see why you chopped the flag, but cropping it partly still doesn't seem like a "good" thing (ala Martha Stewart).
Overall, a very nice effort, easily an 8. Swash
