Nice shot of Yosemite, but your people came out much like shadows. A very difficult concept to pull off, people observing something in the distance and still do both the people justice. Yosemite appears to be your subject and the people got in the way. I like this concept best when you can get some face (profile) with the background, instead.

Thanks for doing this in color. Sepia is a cool trick for this "vintage" photography, but I really like color. Good photo, sharp, shows action, do I detect a bit of gunsmoke haze? I'd suggest a haze filter, but I like the effect in this case. Could you have stepped two steps to the left for a little more face and still show him reaching for reload?

Mostly great! I think I would have preferred the man facing the sign, but that is a nit. An interesting face, might have been nice to see more of it. Sparce background, no downgrade, just a comment.

VERY nicely done. Stopped enough motion to show subject clearly, but left enough to WOW! Helpers didn't fair as well, but got not suggestions to improve that, so WELL DONE.

Eye Variations

Very interesting, admin note was helpful, but I was pretty certain this shot was taken as seen. I think I would have liked the lighting move even (but not the same), but a little less harsh on the left and just a little brighter on the right.
Next is a nit against several somewhat similar shots: the challenge was people, eyes are a small part of people, so you get a small part of people score.

Pretty good shot. The white bricks are a bit distracting, partial visibility and all. Is he looking down because he works for a bad band or lost a gig? Why is he sad?
