I see what you were going for, but the effect makes me a little ill (weak stomach). Your motion object (read:tree) is maybe a bit too close and the fence almost blurred out of existance, but enough to hurt the image (my boss had the same reaction, w/o my help). (Small nit: reflection in middle of frame)

Nice macro. In this case, did you try any lower angle? (trick time: get the road in the distance wet w/ hot water. Makes cool heat waves!)
Honestly, I don't have any good suggestions to improve this photo. It's well done. (Was the car in motion?)
