Interesting shot, but it makes me ask "how did you do this?" This would have been a good shot for an Admin Note. You should have requested it.
Something in the way the buildings "bend" makes me believe there is something there (not an overlay), but that is my only visual clue. Good trick.

nice shot, but kinda limited window for the transparency part. I like the colors created on the surface of the CD ROM, but it's hard to see what is going on behind the CD, from the reflections on the front of the CD. (follow me?)
