The combination of elements produces an amazing effect - the grey (seemingly dusty) background almost suggests on war-torn landscape and then there is this figure walking her dog! I know that's not what this is, but that's what it suggests to me. Very compelling work.

I think this is probably a great photograph that isn't well served by DPC image size limits. I think you did the right thing by maintaining this aspect ratio - it is the right aspect ratio for the image, but it doesn't translate to this size too well. I've tried to see past these restrictions and imagine the full size image but in the end the choice of entering such a landscape in this small size might mean it scores less overall than the image deserves.
