Although this is largely about existing artwork it would be wrong to see this as a derivative image - your photography has brought plenty of added value here: the POV and the position of the sun in the frame, the full on coloration and then all the technical stuff relating to the contra-jour technique. All good stuff. I also like the way the distortions in the 'petals' are mirrored by the lens distortion of the whole image.

Great POV, love the motion blur, the texture and the starburst lighting. I'm less keen on the coloration - but that's just a personal foible.
