For the Troopsby LVicariComment: lol fantastic I'm going to have to try this; did you use a starburst filter or did it just work out that way, or better still did you simply put that light in using "the shop"
I love the whole setup, great work as always Leo |

Natchristmas09-7web.jpgby gwe21Comment: whilst I like the setup and am a fan of highkey I'm not sure I like what you've done to her face. It seems a little too soft even by my standards making her look a bit like a doll, I'd prefer to see a little colour and some subtle shadows I think but thats just me.
You seem to have quite a bit of noise in the background as well |

_MG_1436by bobonacusComment: Great job on avoiding a reflection in the glasses. The fact that we can see a small amount of the eyelid above the glasses is really drawing my eye for some reason but I like the graduated highkey affect |

Punkyby PaulComment: nice edgy portrait. I think the vignette, grain and highkey work well here |

A Woman with a Veilby denboteComment: Well you've done a beautiful job here. It looks like an old master's painting.
I'm so taken with Asian models that I have arranged to shoot a chinese girl soon, I just hope I can make my shots look as good as this one. |

4190386850by bobonacusComment: Nice family portrait. I find that this kind of shot can look even better if you use a step ladder and take the shot from high up to add perspective.
I would also be tempted to have the lad wear white as well.
I'm sure some people will think the pose leads to a disconect between the subjects but I really like it. |
