 This is a new edit of what was to be my September 2009 FS Entry but I self-DQ'd after I uploaded the wrong (and clumsy) edit.

I think it's one of the best portraits I've taken.

really great shot this. I love how you popped the lips and the lighting that you have used. NOt being able to see the models eyes really give a sense of mystery here. Big kudos shoud go to the model as well for all the work she has gone into eps those eye lashes. Did you get a shot with her eyes open and looking at the camera in that pose as well?

The hint of the deep red lips is divine. I adore the high contrast. The perspective is so different (and wonderful).

Oh man! I LOVE this! I would be proud to call it my best portrait too if I ever got anything this fabulous. I am so sorry about the Free Study boo-boo. I've done that before too and kicked myself looking at scores all week that I knew would be better with the better edit. Jeeez, she has a perfect face for a photo like this!
