Perhaps not, but the make-up was a bit over done. Needed to do something to the blood to make it look a little less like spaghetti sauce.

In an advanced editing challenge, you should really put some effort into cleaning up your backgrounds. Of course, this effort should ideally made before you *shoot* the photo, but in this case, you can use cloning to get rid of all those dirt specks too. As it is, it shows a lack of polish and care towards the finished product.
