In A World of His Own by BrianRComment: The overall shot has a bleakness to it which matches the environment well. The snow appears to be overexposed (on my monitor at least) and the detail has been lost as a result. A good idea that meets the challenge topic well |

Art Roflmao is... "Taking A Break"by LydiaComment: A nice relaxing photo (in contract to the many with flames) The lighting is good, the reflections in the water are great, including the words at the bottom. One of the best in the challenge |

Seeking Art Roflmaoby robstComment: I like this. Its different from the rest yet still fits the challenge topic really well. The expressing in the face is great, the DOF appears to be spot on. Lighting works well. Great submission |

Art?..... Baaaaaa.....No Idea....Baaaaaaaaby ThingFishComment: The wire fence for me detracts from the photo. While the subject is meant to be the Sheep, the tangled wire just abstructs and adds nothing to the shot. Light is good, composition is OK. Overall picture though is a bit uninspiring |

Tending to the harvestby MelethiaComment: Nice, I like the natural backlighting highlight from the sun behind the clouds. The overall lightinf is good, woody is sharp, DOF is well controlled. Good submission |

Maybeby silverhawkComment: Nice photo. Some stuff in the sky at the top is showing on my monitor (patchy blue shades???).
Struggling though to fit this to the topic......
Adding some extra comment
Back for another look and have noticed something else (its a bugger when you miss something). I did not see the caravan in this photo on my first look through. That then does change the last comment I made, as now it does meet the topic quite well (there are other photos of just landscapes that are shoehorned in). The isolated caravan is a great touch, and makes this photo. Wish i was in that Van at the moment.......
Still see weird stuff in the sky at the top. The greens could have done with a boost. A greater depth of field to keep the really sharp focus all through also could have helped, but bumping you up anyway......... |

Rock climbing in the Canadian Rockiesby CitadelComment: Nice photo, woody is sharp and well lit. The DOF is right. Would have been great if the background was not rocks, as it gives the overall picture too much of a brown look. A sky background would have then made it look like he was high up, and given that extra colour to the shot. |

Dining with the Queenby L1Comment: Love the picture. I like the angle it is shot at, the DOF is spot on. The lighting highlights on the clagg and cutlery works well. Great Submission |
