I just had to smile. I guess that is what this challenge is all about. My wife has a very similar shot on her windows desktop. I guess that must mean the subject is good. I might have tried to slide the main subject from dead center. It appears that the foreground leaf is the focus point and not the flower.

Pretty girl. Nice contrast in texture, beautifully soft skin and unrelenting brick. I think the colors work well together as well. Very nice artistic implied nude.

I agree 100%: Stunning model and great shot. I experimented by turning the saturation down about 50 or 60 and I liked the way it softened the photo. Some might like, some might not. In any case, it gets a 9+ in my book.

Excellent shot. I don't know if you had intended it to be a statement about smoking, but putting the cigarette in the "sweet spot" along with the lighting makes me think about the power of tobacco. If this was your intention, perhaps making the depth of field shallower would emphasize how tobacco puts forces a smoker into the background. Sorry... I do go on and on.

This is a very powerful shot.

I like this shot. It looks candid and in such cases you take what you get. I like her "perplexed" expression. Great depth of field. Her cheeks did blow out a bit, but it would spoil the moment to go up and mop her brow. ;-)
