Follow Meby La-LunaComment: A nice scene - though the effort to bring detail into the darker areas (which does so!) has left the sky area and even bits of well-lit ground and leaf so illuminated that no details can be seen, which is a pity. Would the light have been better at another time of day, or with something to temporarily illuminate the shadowed areas somewhat, to equalize the light levels? |

What To Eat!?!by alternaruleComment: Cute, and well-composed. A little grainy; the "soft" look on the face doesn't work so well against the crisper lines of the door, the bottle. A bit of glare between the man and the door; maybe if some of that light could have been shielded, to reduce the glare and (perhaps) soften the door, which is obviously less-well-lit than the face. |

Beware the Crocodile's smile.by JC_HomolaComment: A very cool concept; portions of the picture (upper roof, and the background outside the mouth) are very dark, however. And I'm sorry, but I can't tell what that is supposed to be in front of the crocodile.... |

A Distorted Viewby RiderGalComment: Amusing - what is the distortion being caused by / done with? The photo is very grainy, however, into the pink and even lime green pixels - very distracting. Was the lighting very dim, or a high ISO being used? |

The Refridgerator Police are Watching!!!by GraciousComment: "I'll have a camera, chilled." This is a cute idea, though I think you've been betrayed by your lighting - note how the milk carton glares, the door is properly lit, and the woman leaning in is somewhat shadowed. You've kept a nice detail on her, for all of that, but there's a bit of graininess and the definite shadowing that makes the near side of the door seem more the subject than anything else. |

Recitalby sherComment: On the one hand, between the titleand the look of the piece, I don\'t really feel like this is \"inside looking out\" but rather \"inside looking inside\", with the \"out\" merely a backdrop. On the other hand, it\'s a very pretty backdrop and the scene is well-composed, the light sufficient to show most details inside in spite of the outside\'s glare. |

... i'm stuck, and i can't get out...by timboydwhiteComment: At first glance, this seems to be more outside looking in, but perhaps the bee (hornet?) is simply looking out the side. I'm not sure I like the top-down approach in this case, as it emphasizes the "outside" part rather than inside. On the other hand, it does avoid any potential distractions that may have been nearby. |

Pinch As Seen From Inside Skinby wetlandComment: A cute idea. The focus is a little too good - the threads of the fabric are very visible. Then, too, I doubt the skin is lit from within; getting the light on the same side of the fabric as the fingers might have made this more believable. |

Inside the fenceby russiComment: I'm not quite sure who is inside what, looking out at what. Unless I mistake it, the photographer was outside the fence (hence the distant animals inside it, as well as the watering trough). But the animals are so far away that it seems doubtful they would be looking out.
The foreground of this is crisp and clear; the lighting there is nice, with the tradeoff that the sky between the hills is a glaring white, unfortunately. The overall scene is charming, and including the water trough (rather than making it a simple pastoral) is nice, in the sense that it makes the scene very "real". |

Out Of The Bagby chunsumComment: Cute - though I think it might have been more engaging with something more colorful or detailed on the "outside". As it is, there's not a lot to hold my attention, though it's nicely focussed and lit. |
