I set my camera up on the top shelf of my fridge, and used the timer, and available light from the fridge and a skylight over me. I guess this is a self portrait from within the fridge.
I cropped a bit out for the final copy and used usm set at 186.

I tried my hand at this same pic several times. Your milk is overexposed, the subject doesn't look all that happy to be in the fridge, and the garbage can in the background is a touch out of place. A hard shot to get right.

"I'll have a camera, chilled." This is a cute idea, though I think you've been betrayed by your lighting - note how the milk carton glares, the door is properly lit, and the woman leaning in is somewhat shadowed. You've kept a nice detail on her, for all of that, but there's a bit of graininess and the definite shadowing that makes the near side of the door seem more the subject than anything else.

The trash can in the background is distracting and the photo has a lot of noise in it. I don't like the shooting angle and the photo is too busy, but the idea is good.

Not a bad idea but the light is harsh and frankly the inside of your refrigerator isn't all that interesting of a subject. Also I'd get rid of the trash can in the background. The title's fun though you might have had the person in the shot look really surprised as though they'd been caught by the fridge police. A red white and blue strobe light might have made a huge difference if you really wanted to play up that angle.

Hope the camera did not freeze!

The lighting seems fine, and mostly everything is in focus. I like the edge of the bottle on the left. Artistically it doesnt do much for me. It meets the challenge, but it's not something I would consider hanging on my wall.

this is not as clear a reflection of the title as was intended in my view...a crop on the left taking out the unfocused item would have clarified it a bit

But the spelling police weren't watching you :-) ---->" refrigerator", no "d". I'm being picky aren't I?
