The Saint Regis Resort - Dana Point, Californiaby AmiYuyComment: It appears that this needs a slight CW rotation. I thiink you went up a little to far on the hill for this and maybe lower might have been better in order to show more of the resort and less of the little bit of the surrounding town. The golf course area or lower two thirds of this is very nice. |

Landakot - The catholic church in Reykjavik at midnightby eirasiComment: Nice night shot of this wonderful architecture. This is different from the the Hallgrimur Church shot and yet I note some similarities in the design, both of which I like very much. Compositon on this is very fine, but I wish the front tower we not chopped off . Like the color and the lines. Good luck. |

The sound of gravel under your shoes.by jjbeguinComment: Wow....great composition...an alternative might have been to shoot lower and up and make the angle of the path even more severe....but I like this very much. Nice soothing scene and colors....maybe more reflections and blue in the sky? Really fine image as is. Good Luck. |

Looking throughby JinjitComment: I gave this a 9 as it I thought it fit the challenge very well and it was a very interesting shot with excellent DOF and fine detail in the foreground subject. Super! Congrats on your finish...wish it had been higher. With regards to the shot with the rear subject in focus, I like this better and think the angle better on this with regards to the further subject...too much table in the other. Puffby dsidwellComment: Love the lines in this very much, David! THe gossamer puff through which the lead to the the great center is astounding as well. The detail is thorough and exicting as is the lighting. Super. Went right into my favorites....thanks for the visual treat (PS...and thank you very much for your comment on my Framing Challenge entry...I appreciate it a lot!) |

Framed In Woodby LisaCanComment: I am fascinated by the circumstances of this shot. Great find. The surrounding wood appears a bit overexposed to me, but it is so different from everything else I've seen, I'll let that go. Good luck! |
