A+ for originality. I like the use of the chip clip. The fold(?) in the middle of the dog is a little distracting, as are the bright spots on the right of the dogs head.

Don't listen to those voters, my freaky pet. I still like you.

This voter likes it too. I like the shadowing, and the creativity in the pet. I would like to see a little more "pop" in the yellow and orange on bird.

Just came across this in the food and beverage gallery. I too am both a glass artisan, and photographer. Two thumbs up!! Blue Moon is one of my favorites, and you piece is stunning. I love the selection of glass you used, and how you mixed the glass on the trees. Was this done in the copper foil method? I don't know the details of your accident, but certainly know the amount of time and effort that went into this piece. Glad you were able to finish it time for a nice christmas gift. May glass never cut through alligator (jewelers) tape when you are foiling.

Nice execution! I like how you led one line into another. This really works well as leading.

Wow, this was a tough one to score. I keep coming back to it, and I still can't decide if I like it or not. That in itself is an accomplishment to many photogs, to evoke thought. There is something about the hand that detracts me. I don't know if it's the shadowing, or an effect of some sort. I find it to look almost skeletal, for lack of a better description. I wish I could make out what the tattoo on her back says -but not sure it would weigh me one way or the other to know that detail.

No leading line to lead me into to the photo. Interested to see makers comments on set-up and PP work.
