A thoroughly confusing and disorienting image. Well done! Okay, so the lines aren't particularly leading. But aside from the challenge, it's like some weird postcard you'd find in a diner 100 miles from the nearest city on a cross-country drive.

I have to say that I am horrified that this scored so badly and finished so low.

I found it a genuinely intriguing and somewhat disturbing image which I had no idea how you had composed (i did not know of the 20 ft plywood cutout at the time)

I guess it may feel 'too' PP'd for some but for me this just adds the the surreal nature of the image

LOL! I wonder how many people didn't notice it wasn't a real baby... or it was an exceedingly large one if it was real! Do they always leave the real tractor parked out there? Your pictures always present such an interesting slice of life!

You had me fooled. I thought this was an actual baby playing in an enormous sandbox. lol The size of the cutout really messes with the perspective here -- the tiny car in the background makes the plowed field look so vast. I like the image, but I don't really see much of a leading line since the furrows don't really lead anywhere.

Still boggles my mind that this is a cutout! But who can't love a child playing with toys in the dirt?

Is the baby supposed to look see through? are these two images?

This is a wonderful image that I am quite certain you will cherish for years to come, but I do have a problem associating a leading line with the primary subject. I have no problem with you sending me a PM to enlighten me as to what it is that I am missing. Good luck with the challenge.

Interesting concept, A little bit much magenta for my taste, but overall great pic. Look like an ad from sixties!!!!

I do see the lines, but they aren't particularly leading. Nice colours though.

The color of the boy doesn't look natural. Almost looks he was pasted on the background

but my eye isn't led to the subject by these lines, in fact I don't even look for them first

No leading line to lead me into to the photo. Interested to see makers comments on set-up and PP work.
