Finches at the Feederby SammieComment: A little soft, probably due to cropping or something like that. colors contrast and exposure all look good. I'm not big on "feeder" bird pics. I would prefer you had taken a log or something and baited them to that for a more natural affect. |

At all anglesby UrfaKComment: I guess this falls into the abstract world. Birdwise, it falls short of holding interest for me, the birds are just too small and don't seem to be the real subject. |

Walkiesby MelethiaComment: Very good. Even though the subject takes up very little of the composition he still becomes the main subject. Good use of B&W , nice contrast, focus looks ok. Nice job. |

The Drill Seargentby NobodyComment: Good title :)
I would crop out about inch off the top, just above the last bird in line, leaving less dead spce at the top. Good exposure, colors and contrast. Nice job. |

Charmingby KatheComment: Cropped a littel too tight, the focus is a bit soft. he needs a catchlight in the eye ( this can be done with fill flash). And he is too far to the right not leaving him any room to move within the framing of the photo. colors, contrast and exposure are excellent. |

Mallardby cynthiannComment: Focus is soft around the eyes, but nice catchlight in the eyes. Colors might be a bit over-saturated for my taste. And I wish he was off to the right of the screen since he is moving left. That way he is moving into the scene and not out of the center of the photo. |

A Subtle Waveby ShamanComment: A rather cute pose. Good catchlight in the eye. I wish he was turned just slightly so we could see the beak a little beter, but....it is what it is. Focus, color and saturation all seem just fine. Nice job. |

Swan with attitudeby PhotoDaveComment: Focus on the head is one of the better I've seen today, it's nice and crisp. The composition is a little too far right , another words he has more space behind him than in front of him, giving us the feeling he is leaving the frame of the photo. What is better is when the subject is moving within the photo and has more room in front of him than behind. The exposure is about one stop overexposed leaving little detail in the white feathers. Other than that a good shot. |

Walking The Yardby electrolostComment: Focus is a little soft or too much crop. Colors and contrast are ok. Compositon might be a little too centered top to bottom for the three geese. |
