I think a greater DOF would have improved your portrait, but then again, I sort of like the softness of it all. I really like the colors and the lighting you used - its very dramatic, but not overly so. Good work.

I don't even really know why, but I like this one a lot. I like the expression on your face, and the way your hands just lead into the picture so well. The only thing is I think maybe its cropped too tightly on the bottom - the whole left hand should be included. Thats minor though, and I am still giving you a 9.

I really like the focussing here because your face is sharp while the edges of the mirror just blur away. I also like the sparkle in your eyes - I think it actually adds a lot to the overall effect of the photo. good job, I scored this pretty high.

Part of me feels like the only thing really making this photo interesting is the neg-art colors, but even if it is only the colors that make it more than just average, I do like it. The look on your face is very intense and very powerful. I like the DOF so that your hand is blury but your face is in sharp focus. 8. Sorry if this comment is very contradictory ;-)

I think I would have liked to have seen this with a little less contrasting and a few more gray hues thrown in there. It seems like an interesting picture, but because its so dark, its hard to figure it out.

Its a wonderful portrait - very intense. The only things that kind of bother me are the DOF - i would like to see your eye in sharper focus, and the crop - I think maybe less of the nose should be included so that it is exactly half of your face. 8.

At first I wasn't sure if I liked the large ammount of pure white background, but after coming back to your portrait I have decided that it is indeed a nice use of negative space. I also like the blue in your eyes because it is subtle and not so bright that it looks bad in contrast with the sepia (i think?) tones of the rest. 9

Although I think you are very beautiful, I'm trying to be objective so that had no effect on the high score I gave you. I love the shadows, tones, and textures in your portrait. Good work.

Although I think the contrast in the photo is a little too high, I can't help giving it a 10. I love it. You used the mirror/reflection method well, and conveyed so much more emotion than a lot of the entries in this challenge.

I keep going back and forth between 8 and 9 on this photo. I like it a lot. Its the eyes that really do it for me though - so determined. Nice work.
