Interesting. Great concept, contrast between curves of girl and angles of rocks. Not sure about the title. You might clone out the bird or dust particle off her right thigh, above the two little trees. It's distracting.

Sorry, I don't get it. The eyes are piercing, yes, but wouldn't they still have been without the mess? In an all-black field, maybe? Don't see the need for the red.
