Very nicely done...looks like an ad (almost), I'd clean up the fish bowl a bit and tone down the lighting just a bit on her right side of her face (left side of image)

Great expression, and the exposure looks great although it's a little overexposed...it makes is seem softer and gives the face a nice glow.
